Wozee Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wozee mobile application (the "App"), published by Quadlum LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Because the App is made for children ages 3 to 7, we expect a parent or guardian to accept these Terms on a child's behalf.

1. License to use Wozee

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play, whichever you downloaded it from.

2. Our content and trademarks

The App, including the Wozee name, the Wozee character, artwork, animations, audio, and learning content, is owned by Quadlum LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content, or reverse engineer the App, except where the law permits it despite these Terms.

3. Purchases

The App is free to download and supported by ads. Parents may subscribe (currently $2.99 per month) to remove ads; the subscription renews monthly unless canceled in App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled through them. Purchases are protected by the platform's parental controls; please keep those enabled on a child's device.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt it, extract its assets, use it to build a competing product, or circumvent its advertising or purchase mechanisms.

5. The App is educational support, not a guarantee

Wozee is designed to make early learning playful. We do not promise any particular educational outcome, and the App is not a substitute for school or professional instruction.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quadlum LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid nothing.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the license if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Quadlum LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
